PT. Artha Condotel Development is a newly established developer company runs by enthusiastic shareholders. Founded in February 2007, this new company has yet to enter the property market with new exciting ways. The shareholders are local people who are interested in developing projects with new concepts. Despite the young age of the company, the shareholders are people with experiences who have been operating and managing many kinds of businesses in Bali for quite a long time.
